Here’s the plan. We will hire you in our India business where you can choose to work in our Chennai or Hyderabad offices or from anywhere in India. After a year, where you have demonstrated your capability and commitment to our business by achieving our mutually agreed goals you may get an opportunity to work in our expanding offshore delivery center in Toronto, Canada.
Can you bring what we need?
> At least 3 years of experience working on Pega technology as a business analyst or 4 years’ experience on Pega technology as a developer or as an architect
> A minimum of two major Pega suites among Pega Infinity, Pega Customer Service and Pega Customer Decision Hub
> Hands on experience in at least one full cycle of Pega implementation from Design to Go live
> Demonstrated technical leadership with ability to lead 4-5 Pega developers
> Proven ability to drive design by working with key stakeholders onsite/offshore
