PegaSystems and Serendebyte jointly demonstrated Pega’s Field Service Management framework powered by Cisco Tropo® and Cisco Spark® products at the Cisco Live 2017 event.
Cisco Live is an annual event that brings together thousands of technology professionals from around the world come to share ideas, sharpen their expertise, and get inspired for a transformational experience that includes today’s IT visionary thought leaders, more than 1,000 education sessions, and Cisco’s top partners.
Serendebyte teamed with Pegasystems to present at Cisco Live in Las Vegas on June 25-29, 2017. The goal of the presentation was to provide customers with a glimpse of the potential of possibilities when Pega’s world class BPM technology is paired with Cisco’s cutting edge business communications technologies, namely Tropo® and Spark®.
Pegasystems and Serendebyte demonstrated a use case for an integrated solution between Pega’s Field Service Management framework and Cisco Tropo® and Cisco Spark® products.
Serendebyte’s integrated Spark® + Tropo® + Pega Field Services Management Framework solution demonstrations clearly showed how these powerful solutions, when combined, are truly transformational for an organization.
In the same way that the Pega 7 platform allows for faster time to market SDLC cycle over traditional development languages, Tropo® and Spark® allow for a much faster and easier integration of key phone system functionalities than existing on-premise phone system offerings.
By combining the power and agility of the Pega 7 Platform with the tightly integrated communications capabilities of Tropo® and Spark®, enterprises are now able to greatly reduce the time and effort required for implementing state of the art solutions while providing advanced communications capabilities quickly, affordably and simply. Pegaworld is Pega’s annual conference with hands-on workshops and a Tech Pavilion featuring the latest in cutting-edge technology. It is an event which will fundamentally change the way an organization does its business. Pegaworld2017 was a grand affair with over 4,000 attendees from over 400 global organizations.
Serendebyte demonstrated two of their solutions at their booth, which are as follows:
1. Next Gen Customer Communication solution- a customer service solution that handles omni-channel interactions between multiple devices (voice, video and text) and features video calling from mobile applications, dynamic IVR, chat bots, click-to-call, and centralized load balancer for interactions across channels, without investing heavily in communications infrastructure.
2. Effective Customer Engagement through Marketing Automation and Analysis solution- A customer experience application that uses the customer profile, transaction and behavioral data from multi-channel interactions, featuring customized reporting, and analytical capabilities that capture real-time consumer sentiment from live Marketing Campaigns.
Serendebyte also demonstrated their Customer Service solution built by integrating Cisco Spark and Tropo to Pega at Cisco’s booth in the Tech Pavillion.
All the three demonstrations generated a lot of interest amongst prospective customers.

The HIMSS is an annual conference & exhibition that brings together 40,000+ health IT professionals, clinicians, executives and vendors from around the world. Exceptional education, world-class speakers, cutting-edge health IT products and powerful networking are hallmarks of this industry-leading conference.
Serendebyte was in Pega’s booth to demonstrate its Next Gen Customer Communication solution and also discussed how Cisco Tropo and Spark can be leveraged to enhance care management and customer service for patients. The other features of the solution include video calling, SMS text messaging, voice recognition & sentiment analysis.
Pega’s Healthcare Summit is an annual event where healthcare organizations from around the country come together to discuss the issues, challenges and opportunities faced by the industry today. This year’s conference focused on outcomes, including real-world examples of how technology is helping to provide a quality consumer experience that produces quality outcomes. With around 500 attendees, the Pega’s 6th annual Healthcare Summit was the biggest and best yet.
The highlight of the event was Serendebyte’s presentation of its latest customer service solution. This presentation was made by Serendebyte’s Vice President of Customer Success, Charles Whitmore, on Day 1 of the event jointly with Pegasystems and Cisco. Through this solution, cool functionalities like chat bots, dynamic IVR, video call and co-browsing were demoed. It was very well acknowledged and received a lot of enquiries post presentation. The Serendebyte team then went on a dinner cruise around the Boston Harbour. On the whole, it was a great event for networking, sharing of ideas, and understanding the new solutions that Pega has launched in the healthcare space.

These unique features generated a lot of interest among the booth visitors.
