To break this cycle, Serendebyte offers an Enablement Coach, an LSA level resource who is independent of the delivery team. This resource is assigned to customer resources as a coach and instructor, and is responsible specifically for enablement. This ensures that no matter how busy the delivery team is enablement will continue and will allow customer resources to take on increasingly difficult tasks instead of being assigned only simple tasks when no one is available to coach them.
